State team nomination fee ($180) is comprised of $125 state team player management fee which, $55 nomination / administration charge.
- $125 state team player management fee is only to be refunded if the player is not selected into the team or if there is no team.
- $55 nomination / administration charge payable regardless of selection trials, needing to be held, and is only to be refunded if there is no team selected.
